Excellent, wide range of self-made pasta as well as ecological, long-life food and wines. Meat, sausage and bakery fresh food counters. High quality level, corresponding price level. Not a full-range supplier. Little use of staff, there is a lack of service counters. Generous sales area, especially pleasant during the pandemic. A little out of the way, but extensive parking.

Different types of spaetzle for Swabia a must to buy. Noodles, Bach ware, Swabian whiskey, decorative items and much more. Personally, I have known ALB-GOLD for a long time.

The pasta factory ... is in the store ... whatever you want wine, a large selection of whiskey alcohol. But the cargo is not ready I wait from 12.00 uhr and zero healthy .. There is a toilet in the port ... tidy ..

We were there for the first time today and totally enthusiastic about the store ... Good range and everything was very clean and tidy ... Staff was super friendly and helpful ... After shopping we went to the restaurant, where we were greeted and Seats were assigned to us .. The staff was very friendly here too ... The food was very tasty ... I had Maultaschen and salad .. My husband had an Asian dish, which was extremely tasty, super seasoned and crisp, fresh vegetables, and chicken breast fried to the point ... food came very quickly ... unfortunately we were too full to try the delicious looking cake 😍 ... we will definitely be back!

Nice big shop, large assortment of different types of pasta made from different types of grain as well as bread, sausage, wine 🍷 etc. In the restaurant there is delicious fresh food, of course with Alb -Gold noodles

Were in the sun restaurant. Great food. Would have pork medallions (3 large pieces), herb spaetzle with chanterelles u. a great sauce. Before that there was a side salad fresh from the garden at a great price. We'd love to come back. Friendly service staff.

Nice "noodle outlet" on the Swabian Alb! Huge selection of pasta of all kinds: egg pasta, durum wheat pasta, gluten-free, noodles made from einkorn and emmer ... - a paradise for noodle fans! Also other regional products, such as wines, spices and herbs, various flours, sweets, as well as cheese and sausage. Everything very appetizing and well presented. There is also a restaurant in the house, since we weren't there, no review on this. Outside there is a very nice herb garden - unfortunately we didn't have enough time for that, but optically wonderful! There are enough parking spaces available. A stop is definitely worth it!

Good quality but relatively very high prices. Prices should be adjusted then more locals would stop by to shop. One could certainly make more attractive offers or make price reductions that are tied to the total purchase value, also staggered! For the pasta z. B. for 10 packages bought the 11th free, or for spices that are also relatively expensive, if 5 packages are bought, the 6th at half price!

Good shopping for pasta and and local food. Also great food in the restaurant. I rarely ate food which tasted that fresh. Great place to stop shop and have dinner.

Beautifully laid out and spacious herb garden. All Alb-Gold products and other products from mostly regional manufacturers can be purchased in the shop. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I took a break here on a bike tour. Also highly recommended for this purpose: everything beautifully laid out, well-kept, clean, friendly atmosphere. You can eat well and very cheaply. Offers a lot more if you have more time and also want to shop. It doesn't fit with the bike ...

The first thing I must say is that every interaction with the folks at Alb-Gold was pleasant and friendly. The tour was very educational. It was interesting to learn how an egg operation was converted to noodle production at a time when the market was flooded with eggs. The son of the owner took a chance by buying a noodle machine and the history of Alb-Gold has bloomed ever since. A great place to visit for people of all ages.

If you like chocolate, you might wish to visit a place that would make you feel like Hansel and Gretel. If you like pasta, you should visit Alb Gold. Yet in this instance, there are no witches, but a great and helpful staff. The experience is one to remember.
